Instructions for Authors

1. Article types and scope fit

IJIRTI considers original research, review articles, systematic reviews/meta-analyses where methodologically appropriate, case studies, technical articles, methodological/conceptual papers and short communications. The manuscript should make a clear scholarly contribution within the journal's multidisciplinary scope.

3. Title page and authorship metadata

• Use a concise, specific and informative manuscript title.
• List each author's full name and institutional affiliation accurately.
• Identify one corresponding author and provide an active email address.
• Add ORCID identifiers where available.
• Every listed author must satisfy authorship criteria and approve the submitted version.

4. Abstract and keywords

The abstract must be self-contained and should normally remain within 150–250 words. Original research should concisely report the objective, method, principal findings and conclusion. Avoid references, tables, figures and undefined abbreviations in the abstract. Provide 3–6 searchable keywords.

5. Main manuscript structure

Original research should normally contain Introduction, Methodology/Materials and Methods, Results/Findings, Discussion and Conclusion. Discipline-specific headings are permitted when they improve scientific clarity—for example Dataset and Model Architecture in AI studies; Experimental Setup in engineering; Study Design, Participants and Statistical Analysis in health research; or Search Strategy and Eligibility Criteria in systematic reviews.

6. Methods, reproducibility and reporting

• Describe the design, setting/data source, sampling or dataset, variables, procedures, instruments and analysis in enough detail for scholarly appraisal.
• Report software, model versions, simulation parameters, statistical tests or validation procedures where relevant.
• For human/animal research, include ethics approval and consent information where applicable.
• For computational studies, identify datasets, preprocessing, train/validation/test strategy, baselines and evaluation metrics where applicable.
• Report limitations honestly and avoid conclusions that extend beyond the presented evidence.

7. Tables, figures and equations

Number tables and figures consecutively in the order cited. Every table/figure must have a self-contained title or caption and define non-standard abbreviations. Images should be clear enough for publication; authors are responsible for permissions for reused material. Equations should remain editable where possible and all variables must be defined.

8. Declarations

Include, as applicable: Author Contributions, Funding, Conflict of Interest, Ethics Approval, Informed Consent, Consent for Publication, Data Availability, Code/Software Availability, Acknowledgements and disclosure of substantive use of generative AI or AI-assisted technologies.

9. References

Use APA 7th edition consistently for in-text citations and the reference list. Every reference cited in the text must appear in the reference list and vice versa. Include DOI links in https://doi.org/... format whenever available.

10. Final submission check

• The work is original and not simultaneously submitted elsewhere.
• Author names, affiliations and corresponding-author details are correct.
• Abstract, keywords, tables, figures, declarations and references are complete.
• Similarity screening has been reviewed; percentage alone does not determine plagiarism.
• The manuscript has been proofread for language, internal consistency, research integrity and confidentiality.
